  • For the Cash on Delivery payment method Outside Dhaka, customer have to pay 200 TK Advance as booking money, which is non-refundable. This amount will be deducted from the total bill amount. (i.e. Total bill of an order is 1000 TK customer will pay 200 TK as advance and the rest 800 TK while receiving the product).

Return/Replacement Policy

Conditions for Return:

  1. Gear Buzz BD provides 3 days of easy returns for every product under certain conditions. Products that are damaged, defective, or not as described on the website can be returned within 3 days.
  2. If a wrong product is sent or the product is not the same as described on our website.
    Under this condition, the product must be returned unused, in the original packaging, and with all seals & tags intact.
  3. If the product is damaged, defective, or counterfeit.
  4. The product must be returned in its original packaging. All accessories, user manuals, warranty cards, and our invoice must also be returned.

Note that, change of mind is not applicable after receiving the product.
