Return and Replacement Policy

Conditions for Return:

  1. Gear Buzz BD provides 3 days of easy returns for every product under certain conditions. Products that are damaged, defective, or not as described on the website can be returned within 3 days.
  2. If a wrong product is sent or the product is not the same as described on our website.
    Under this condition, the product must be returned unused, in the original packaging, and with all seals & tags intact.
  3. If the product is damaged, defective, or counterfeit.
  4. The product must be returned in its original packaging. All accessories, user manuals, warranty cards, and our invoice must also be returned.

Note that, change of mind is not applicable after receiving the product. 

Return Procedure:

  1. If you receive the wrong product and notice that during the delivery period, you can return the product to our delivery man instantly.
  2. If step 1 is not applicable for you don’t worry, all you need is to call us at 01852 – 251 215 or inform us through our Contact Us. (within 3 days after getting delivered)
  3. Pack the product with all accessories, tags, invoices and send us to our Office Address via Sundarban Courier Service. You can also come to our office and drop the product in person.

Replacement Procedure:

  1. After receiving the product we will check and if we find any issue we will send you a new product as a replacement. We will also bear the pick and drop the charge in this case.
  2. If we don’t find any issue with the product, we will resend the product to you and you have to bear the pick and delivery charge of 150 tk.
  3. The whole process will take a maximum of 7 days.

Warranty Policy

Official Warranty (Provide by brands):

  1. This warranty is provided by the brands and usually ranges from
  2. Inform us if your product is under warranty period. (Warranty period will be mentioned in the package of the product.)
  3. You must keep the package and it will be necessary while claiming.
  4. In some cases you might visit or contact with the official service center of the respective brand.

Unofficial Warranty (Provide by Gear Buzz BD Limited):

  1. All of our products (except the products with official warranty) have a common 10 days warranty.
  2. Inform us if your product is under warranty period.
  3. You must keep the package and it will be necessary while claiming.

Refund Policy

Conditions for Refund:

  1. If you are eligible for a replacement but due to product unavailability, we can’t provide you a replacement-we will start the refund procedure.
  2. You will receive the refund within 7-10 working days. The refund period may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Refund Method & Time:

The time required to complete a refund depends on your payment method.  Once you are eligible for a Refund the expected refund processing times are as follows:
