Gearbuzzbd.com provides two types of warranty facility for customers. These facilities are given from gearbuzzbd.com or the manufacturer company or the brand or their official distributors. All products have a certain warranty time period from 10 days to 18 months. Warranty applies to the physical products purchased from gearbuzzbd.com only.

You will see a Warranty type and period on every product page on the right side of the product image under the short description.

 

What types of warranty you will get?

You will get two types of warranty.

  • Official Warranty
  • Service Warranty

What does Official Warranty cover?

To claim official warranty customers are requested to communicate with the authorized reseller of that product. You can also contact us and send us the product. We will contact the brand and avail of the service warranty on behalf of you. After service, we will send back the product to you.

 

What does Service Warranty cover?

The service warranty covers any material defects under normal usage during the warranty period of 10 days. If any accidental issue occurs (such as soaped or liquid damage, scratch, bend, dent, burn) the service warranty will void.

To claim a service warranty contact us. You can come to our office in person or send us the product. We will check the product. After service, we will send back the product to you.

 

How to Get Warranty Service?

To obtain a warranty you have to send us the product or you can come to our office in person. Don’t forget to call us if you face any problem with your product. Remember that, you have to pay for all the expenses of product sending and re-delivering.
